A Stouffville man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and criminal negligence after being accused of not telling his sexual partners that he’s HIV positive.

Charged is 39-year-old Sarbjit Singh Mann.

York Regional Police say the charges stem from one incident; however, they believe there may be other victims.
