Unlike most franchised restaurants around these days, we don’t believe in using all pre-packaged vacuum-sealed prepared foods. We use fine quality ingredients and almost all items are made up of our own recipes while making our food affordable for our customers.

The Fickle Pickle Restaurant has called Stouffville home for 22 years and it truly embodies what it means to be a family restaurant. Originally opened in 1997, it quickly became a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike. Owned and operated by Nick Paraskevakos and his family, this establishment prides itself on creating a warm welcoming atmosphere and offering affordable delicious food to satisfy any palate.
